What I do with
your details
Short version: I keep what you send me so I can answer you and do the work. I do not sell it, I do not add you to a mailing list, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

1. Who is responsible
Dariia Bondarenko, trading as BNDKO, a sole trader in Ireland. I decide what happens to the information collected through this website, which makes me the data controller for it. Write to hello.bndko@gmail.com about anything on this page.
2. What I collect, and why
The enquiry form. Your name, your email, the link you send me and whatever you write in the message. I use it to answer you and, if we work together, to do the work. Without an email I cannot reply.
Email and messages. If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, that conversation sits in my inbox like any other.
Visits to the site. Anonymous statistics about pages and visits, so I know what people read. These only run if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Project work. If we work together, the files, logins and content you give me for the project, kept only as long as the project needs them.
3. On what basis
For enquiries and project work, because you asked me to take steps towards working together, and because I have a genuine interest in answering the people who write to me. For statistics, only with your consent, which you give or refuse in the banner and can change at any time.
4. How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work: up to two years, in case you come back. Project files and correspondence: for as long as the project runs and then for six years, because invoices and contracts have to be kept for tax. Statistics: as set in the analytics account. Ask me to delete something sooner and I will, unless I have to keep it for tax.
5. Who else sees it
Only the services I need to run the business, and only for that purpose: the hosting platform that serves this website, my email provider, and the analytics service if you accepted statistics.
Some of these companies are outside the European Union, so your information may be processed there under the safeguards those companies put in place. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it for anybody else's advertising.
6. Cookies
The banner is the whole story: nothing but the strictly necessary runs until you choose. If you accepted statistics and changed your mind, clear the choice in the banner and it stops. Full detail is in the cookie policy.
7. Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, ask me to stop using it, or object to how I use it. Write to me and I answer within one month. If you are not happy with how I handled it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
8. Children
This site is for businesses. I do not knowingly collect anything about children.
9. Changes
If I change how any of this works, I update this page and the date below.
