How we work
together
The same rules that are on the prices page, written out in full. Plain English, no tricks. These terms travel with every quote I send.

5.0
on Google from my clients
1. Who you are dealing with
Dariia Bondarenko, trading as BNDKO, a sole trader based in Ireland and working with clients internationally. You can reach me at hello.bndko@gmail.com. I am not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to my prices.
2. What we have agreed
Our agreement is the written quote I send you plus these terms. The quote lists the work, the price and what is included. If the quote and these terms ever disagree, the quote wins. Nothing said in a chat, a call or a message changes the agreement unless I confirm it in writing.
3. Price and payment
The prices on my website are starting points. The price for your project is the one in your written quote.
A quote holds for 30 days from the day I send it.
Half is paid before I start, half before the site or product goes live.
The first half covers work already done and is not refundable once I have started.
Invoices are due within 14 days. If an invoice is unpaid, I can pause the work until it is settled.
Nothing goes live until the final invoice is paid.
4. Scope and changes
The quote says what is included. A website build includes two rounds of changes. A round is one list of changes from you, sent together.
If you ask for something that is not in the quote, I tell you what it costs before I do it. The agreed price does not move for any other reason.
5. Timing
The timeline in your quote starts when I have your text, your photos and any access I need, and it pauses while I am waiting on you. If I do not hear from you for 30 days the project pauses, and restarting is quoted at the time.
6. What you own, and when
The design and the code made for you are yours once the final invoice is paid.
Fonts, photos, icons, libraries and third party services keep their own licences. Where a licence has to be in your name, you buy it and I install it.
Your domain is registered in your name from the first day, whichever hosting option you pick.
I may show the work in my portfolio and on social media once it is live. Tell me if you would rather I did not, and I will not.
7. What you give me
You give me the text, photos and logos you want used, and you confirm you have the right to use them. If something you supply turns out to belong to somebody else, that is your responsibility. I will always say so if I think something looks risky.
8. Hosting and ownership after launch
Two options, both explained on the websites page.
I keep it running. The site sits in my account and I look after hosting, the domain renewal and up to an hour of small changes a month. Unused time does not roll over. New pages and new features are quoted separately. You can stop at any time and I move the project into your own account at no charge. If the yearly fee is unpaid and stays unpaid for 30 days after I remind you, I can take the site offline.
You own everything. The domain and the hosting account are in your name from the first day, you pay the platform directly, and I help when you ask, at my hourly rate.
Websites are built in Framer. Framer has no way to export a site as files to another host, so owning the site means owning the domain and the Framer project. It cannot be downloaded as files and moved to another host. If you need something you can host anywhere, say so before we start and I will build it differently.
9. Apps, products and automation
An app or the first version of a product is built to work and to be tested by real people. It is built for its first users, and I will tell you when it needs more work to serve thousands.
For a product where strangers sign up and pay, an independent engineer reviews the security before launch. That lowers the risk. No one can promise software is secure.
Keeping a product running after launch is a separate agreement, 15% of the original project price a year.
I do not build apps or automations that store patient health records, handle regulated financial transactions, or need a compliance certificate. Websites for clinics, practices and financial firms are fine, and I build those.
10. What I cannot promise
I cannot promise search rankings, traffic or sales. Those depend on your market, your offer and your prices. I can promise the site is fast, clear, yours, and built the way we agreed.
Platforms I build on, like Framer, Stripe or a hosting provider, set their own prices and their own rules, and they can change them. I will tell you when a change affects you.
11. Your information
When you enquire I keep your name, email and what you told me about the project, so I can answer you and do the work. I do not sell it and I do not add you to a mailing list. Ask me and I will delete it. More detail is in the privacy policy.
12. If something goes wrong
If I get something wrong, tell me and I will fix it. If a project is cancelled by either of us, you pay for the work done up to that point and I hand over what is finished.
My responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid me for that project. I am not responsible for lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law.
13. If you are buying as a private individual
If you are buying outside a business, you have rights under Irish and EU consumer law that these terms do not take away, including a 14 day cooling off period for contracts agreed at a distance. If you want me to start inside those 14 days, say so in writing. You can still cancel, but you pay for the work already done.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts decide any dispute.

Still unsure
Ask before you sign anything
If a line here does not sit right with you, say so before we start. It is easier to agree now than to argue later.
