Web apps and MVPs,
designed and built
I take a rough idea to a web app people can try. I work out the useful part first, then design it and build it.

What I build
The kinds of apps I build
Focused products for your customers, your team, or an idea worth testing. Every project is scoped on its own.
First version of a product
The features that matter most, so people can use it and you can learn from them.
Customer portals
A place for your customers to log in, send requests or see their information.
Tools for your team
Dashboards and workflows that fit how your team actually works.
Calculators and configurators
Turn a customer’s choices into a price, a plan or a quote.
Work
A product I designed

JobCannon
An AI hiring platform that matches developers with companies. I designed both sides of the product, the candidate app and the company dashboard, across three versions from 2023 to 2025.

Prices
What an app costs
Product studios in Ireland usually quote €15,000 to €40,000 for a first version. You work directly with the person who designs and builds it, so it starts lower. These are starting prices, and the exact number comes in writing before anything starts.
A tool for your team
An internal tool, a customer portal or a calculator for one business. Your team and your customers log in, nobody signs up from outside.
Usually 2 to 3 weeks
From €3,500
Plan a team tool
First version of a product
Sign-up, payments and the features that matter most, so real people can use it and you can learn from them.
Usually 4 to 6 weeks
Independent security review before launch, included
From €7,500
Plan a product
No VAT is added on top. Hosting, app store fees and paid services are billed to you directly, so the accounts are yours. Keeping a product running after launch is a separate agreement, usually 15% of the price a year.
What’s included
What every app includes
Scoped first
What the first version does, what can wait, and the price in writing before any code.
Designed for the people using it
Flows and key screens worked out first, so the app makes sense the first time someone opens it.
Checked before launch
The important journeys tested. When strangers sign up and pay, an independent engineer reviews the security too.
Yours at the end
The code, the accounts and the data in your name, with a handover so you are never tied to me.
How it works
How an app gets made
Most apps go through these four steps.
1
Define the job
What it should do, who it is for, and what can wait.
2
Shape the product
User flows, the key screens, and what is technically hard.
3
Build and check
The agreed version, built, with the important journeys tested.
4
Launch and learn
Live when it is ready, handed over, with the next steps based on real feedback.

Who you’ll be working with
One person designs it, builds it and launches it
You deal with me from the first idea to launch. I spent twelve years designing business and finance software before building it myself, so I think about the people using the app as much as the code behind it.

Tell me about your idea
Who it is for and what it should do is enough to start. You get one number in writing before anything is built.
